Ready-to-Ship Orders

 All ready-to-ship items will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after purchase.

• Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking provided once the item has been dispatched.

• Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier but generally take:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3-7 business days

• International: 2-6 weeks (customs processing times may affect delivery, duty and fees are the responsibility of the buyer)

Once an item has shipped, Wild Magic Wonders is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to assist with filing a claim.

 

Bookwyrm Reading Pillows – Made-to-Order

• Bookwyrm Reading Pillows are custom-made and can take up to 6 months to complete.

• You can track your order’s progress through the Orders page in your account (you must create an account to view the progress bar)

• Once completed, your pillow will be shipped with tracking via UPS or USPS, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with details.

• International Shipping: customs processing times may affect delivery, duty and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Due to the handmade nature of these items, cancellations are only accepted within the first 48 hours of purchase.

• If you need to update your shipping address while your order is in progress, please contact us as soon as possible.
